- What are check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 2:00pm. Check-out is by 10:30am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Are pets allowed?
- Dogs are welcome in our Garden View rooms for AUD $35 per night. Pets are not permitted in Ocean View rooms or the Deluxe Suite.
- Is parking available?
- Yes — free on-site parking for all guests, no booking required.
- Is breakfast included?
- Yes. A cooked breakfast is included with every stay, served 7:00–10:30am in the Tideline restaurant.
- Does the hotel have a pool?
- Yes, a heated outdoor pool, open 6:00am–9:00pm daily.
- How far is the airport?
- Gold Coast Airport is about a 15-minute drive. We do not run a shuttle; taxis and rideshare are readily available.
- Is there a minimum stay?
- Two nights on weekends during December and January; otherwise no minimum.
- Do rooms have air conditioning?
- Yes, all 24 rooms are air conditioned.
